Job DescriptionCenter for Change is seeking a Secretary/Receptionist to work in our Cottonwood Heights office. This is a full-time position working Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. There is some flexibility in hours.
Center for Change in Orem, UT, is a 60-bed healthcare facility dedicated to helping women recover from anorexia and bulimia. The Center is respected for its programs, progressive outlook, and for its major contributions in research and treatment in the field of eating disorders. The Center offers a comprehensive set of programs including an Acute Inpatient Program, a Residential Treatment Program, Day Program, Intensive Outpatient Program and other Outpatient and Aftercare Programs. The Center provides outpatient services in our Cottonwood Heights office.
We rely on our front office staff to provide a friendly and helpful interface with the Center's patients, their families, and the general public who visit or contact the Center. Secretaries welcome and assist clients, take incoming calls, assist professional staff with appointment scheduling, payment collection, and insurance coordination.
Dependent upon experience; base wage is $12.00 / hour and may be adjusted based upon experience.
Previous reception and secretarial experience
Excellent PR skills and experience interacting with the public
Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
Experience with multiple-line phone systems
Proficient with business software applications: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.
