Lead Graphic Artist/Multimedia Specialist (Jacksonville – Corporate)

A. Harold and Associates, LLC is seeking a Lead Graphic Artist and Multimedia Specialist to help develop Corporate standards for the Graphic Artists and Multimedia Specialists under the direction of the COO. The Graphic Artists are responsible for media design/layout/development, and graphics development on various training product development teams, supporting multiple aspects of e-Learning and multi-media training projects. This is a part time position that will work in conjunction with contract work.
Required Skills
  • High proficiency and recent experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud applications, especially intermediate to expert level experience in Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong design skills, particularly in an online and interactive environment, are required, including troubleshooting skills.

Specific Duties/Job requirements
  • Collaborate with all of the graphic artists and multimedia specialists to guide the GA Process for the company
  • Help create the visual brand for the company and oversee company-wide campaigns
  • Implement standardized processes and procedures for the Graphics Artist team
  • Works with the Executive Team and other departments in maintaining and achieving AHA’s goal and objects and ensuring brand quality
  • Be familiar with the skill sets and certifications of Graphic Artists to assist with project needs within the company
  • Ability to manage projects with schedule, budget and resources
  • Ability to work on higher level interactivity work as research and development for AHA
  • Maintain high standards of design, creativity, and adaptability to modern and emerging trends/needs
  • Must have a critical eye and be able to create and adapt to the visual intent of a larger project.
  • Must work well in a collaborative team environment, regularly recommending and communicating solutions to non-multimedia trained personnel and customers
  • Ability to scale design efforts to meet production timelines
  • Ability to function effectively and efficiently in a deadline and budget oriented environment

Required Experience/Education
  • Advanced proficiency with the following products: Adobe Creative Suite 6 products including Photoshop and Illustrator, Animate CC (Flash), InDesign, After Effects, Premier, Captivate, Dreamweaver, Audition, Presenter, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Pro/DC
Preferred Experience/Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic related field with 5 or more years related experience working in an interactive training environment
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud products including Photoshop and Illustrator
