Employment Branding Specialist II
Responsible for driving and influencing the employment branding strategy for Southeastern Grocers. Implement strategies that drive attraction to our brand as an employer of choice, including career site and social media channels. This role will monitor the effectiveness of social media employment branding activities. The position will build brand trust for current associates and future candidates.
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years additional relevant work experience
Course of Study:
Marketing, communications, public relations, talent acquisition or related field
Course of Study:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth knowledge and proficiency in creative, graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and video production programs.
Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge and proficiency with key social media tools.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred:
Knowledge of recruiting processes.
Proficiency in Sitecore and web platforms.
While performing the essential functions of this position, the associate is regularly (67-100%)required to sit, use hands or fingers to handle, hold or feel objects, tools or controls, talk, see, hear and perform repetitive movements with both hands. The employee is occasionally (1-33%)required to stand or walk on carpet, tile or concrete, carry, push, lift or pull up to 10 lbs.
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is typically not substantially exposed to adverse working conditions.
