The A.A. I will serve as a key member of the Career Center’s Career Consulting, Experiential Programs and Assessment Team, assisting with the responses to student phone, email and face to face inquiries, correspond with students regarding missing documentation, oversee internship approvals, and runs data tracking reports as needed. The AAI will also update program documents as needed and maintain calendars to reflect the most current program opening and deadline dates.Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with two years of related work experience in higher education. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of PeopleSoft.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism in working with highly sensitive data; be proactive in identifying and troubleshooting issues.
